British Cinema Awards - Cinema of the Year

Please read carefully – the entry criteria for this category is new.

• All cinemas with 10 or more sites will be invited to enter one of its sites into this category.
  Please fill out and submit the form below.
• Each entry will be a submission presenting the key information under the following headings:
  • Innovation and marketing – what the cinema introduced at this site which might be seen
    as innovative and new during the period.
  • Examples of action taken to promote the cinema and/or the films screened.
  • Percentage of box office growth based on the 2009 and 2010 figures.
  • Percentage of Concession growth based on 2009 and 2010 figures.
• Annual box office figures will no longer be the sole arbiter of success;
• Submissions will be judged by the Advisory Board – excluding cinema members.
• The Advisory Board's decision is final – no correspondence will be entered into
  once the award has been decided.
